Elopement Wedding
Number 2 Road Hall, Te Puke
Heidi and Luke chose to marry at the very underrated Te Puke Number 2 Road Country Hall. They opted to have immediate families present to share in their elopement wedding. The following day they had friends and family join them to celebrate in a wedding marquee put up just for the occasion. Intimate, small and simple elopement weddings like this are just so beautiful. With intimacy comes informality, and who doesn’t want a relaxed wedding. Heidi and Luke were put at ease by their celebrant Carol Rickard: nz.linkedin.com/in/carol-rickard-17780756
It was a beautiful heartfelt ceremony with their beautiful wee daughter sharing in the proceedings. Little touches like randomly pulling names from a hat who would sign the register. After the ceremony celebratory drinks were shared as were jokes and hugs. We took family photos and then went outside to enjoy the sunshine on this beautiful early Autumn day. After some super chill time we took off for a wee drive as Heidi and Luke love the natural New Zealand bush that we had close by before heading off up the hills to catch some of that late light. And boy were we treated to not only the spectacular views of Mount Maunganui here in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand but one of the most brightest sunsets!
Luke and Heidi finished up by heading off to meet up with family in Tauranga with a celebratory dinner! Perfect way to end a perfect day. I so so SO enjoyed your day Heidi and Luke, thanks for having me onboard. Rochelle
