Eagle Ridge Estate-Country Wedding
Sam and Tash married up at the stunning www.eagleridge.co.nz Tauranga Wedding Venue here in the Bay of Plenty. A FABULOUS venue for those seeking a country wedding with the most amazing views. They also have available luxury accommodation with their onsite country lodge which happens to double with beautiful rooms for getting ready the morning of your wedding day if you wish.
Sam and Tash’s wedding (unknown to us all at the time) was one of the very last New Zealand weddings relatively unaffected by the current ww pandemic. What was wonderful was how many guests were live streaming to missing loved ones that couldn’t be there (and for once I loved the amount of cell phones playing an important part). Yay for technology!
I loved the fact their beloved fur baby played a part in their day. I loved the way their family and friends had in mind others close to Sam and Tash who as I said earlier weren’t present so kept these ones in mind and linked them, and the way Sam and Tash stopped to share their day with these missing ones. It was a real lets work together to celebrate with everyone even if they’re not present. I loved Sam’s reaction when he saw Tash walk towards him on Dad’s arm. Sam and Tash honestly – they’re the loveliest of couples who made my job easy.

We’re just a bit spoilt for choice for photos up at Eagle Ridge Estate. Of course there’s the stunning views; the fact we’re surrounded by farmland and country side, their beautiful driveway; and not to forget the inquisitive highland cattle that like to hang out in the back ground. And after our wee photo adventures we get to return to a warm roaring fire where your guest are awaiting your arrival.
